Six students from Viola EAST were chosen to attend National EASTCon this week to present the projects going on in Viola's EAST Classroom. Students presented to other EAST students, facilitators, sponsors, and judges about the projects going in in Viola's EAST program.
Projects spotlighted at this year's EAST Convention include:
Morgan's work with the Mayor on sidewalks
John's work on a VR History Educational Game
Dana's work to start a tutoring program
Gracie and Gabe's projects on mental health and bullying awareness
Dreyvon's work with the Viola Cemetery to map gravestones.
